There are a lot of places to work in this industry and it can be hard to decide between them. I chose Reflexive because I never had an awkward conversation with leadership. Transparency and honesty are the hallmarks of communication here, and that allows me to feel very comfortable and confident in my role and employment package. It's a rare peace to have so much flexibility in where dollars go for my labor.
