Reflexive Concepts is thrilled to announce that we’ve once again landed on the Inc. 5000 list, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
Inc. 5000 measures percentage revenue growth over a three-year span. For smaller companies like Reflexive, the early years often bring steep growth curves that compare to a lower starting base. As the years go on, maintaining that same growth rate becomes exponentially harder -- the numbers and goals become larger.
We know that periods of explosive growth ebb and flow with seasons of staying the course; we’re beyond proud to be a team that pushes forward, remains hungry, and stays at the top of our game without ever getting too comfortable. That's why each time we land on this list is not only a testament to Reflexive’s hard work, but a reminder that we're an agile and resilient team up for the challenge, year after year.
